All seasonal sites are plus metered electric, billed four times a summer.
Winter storage fee - $150.00

Seasonal Boat Docks

Lighthouse Side - $925.00
All Other Boat Slips - $985.00
2nd Boat under 16 feet - $350.00
Pedal Boat - $150.00

Seasonal dock slip entitles boat owner the use of the boat ramp, an assigned slip and boat trailer storage. Fenders and docking lines are boat owners responsibility.

2020-2021 Year Round Seasonal Site

Year round seasonal site with sewer

Plus metered electric
Includes use of indoor pool, hot tub and lodge
Water will not be available on site after October. Camper is issued a key for 24 hour access to heated restrooms and showers located at pool building

2021/2022 Winter Only Seasonal Site

Winter only seasonal site - $1500.00 (plus tax of $135.00)

Winter seasonal camping is designed for vacation stays only, i.e. weekends and vacation periods, and not for full time residence.
