Colonial Mast is a family campground - our rates are based on a family:
Two adults and their own unmarried children under age 21. All others are considered guests who must register and pay a guest fee.

Dock rental entitles camper to an assigned dock slip, use of the boat ramp and
storage for your boat trailer. Camper is responsible to provide own docking lines and fenders.

Ages 2 to 6 - half price...Under age 2 - free

All rentals sleep up to 6 people, and rates are based on one family, two adults and their own unmarried children under age 21. All others are considered guests and must pay a guest fee. A non-refundable deposit of one-half of amount due is required on all week reservations, and payment in full for weekend reservations. Upon check-in, the balance and a security / cleaning deposit of $150.00 on trailer rentals is due. Sorry, but NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed in the rental units, no exceptions.

Indoor pool and hot tub
During our summer season, use of the heated indoor pool and hot tub are
not included in our site fees. The pool is available during certain hours for a fee:
Camper admission per visit: Child: $1.50 Adult: $2.50

Full hookups will be available until October 15.
After that time, sewer and water hookups will not be available.
Camper will be provided with a key (with a $5.00 deposit) for 24-hour access to the heated bathrooms and showers located in the pool building.
