Dock rental entitles camper to assigned dock slip, use of the boat ramp and storage for your boat trailer. Camper is responsible to provide own docking lines and fenders.

Because most of our campers spend their time at our beach on Long Lake during the summer season, we have not raised our rates to include use of the pool. Use of the indoor pool and hot tub ARE NOT included in our site fees. The pool is available during certain hours for a fee:

Camper admission per visit: $2.00 per person

Campsite 80: 30' waterfront rental trailer (with slide-out) sleeps 6 ..... $925.00

Trailer rental fee is based on one family: two adults and own unmarried children under age 21. All others are considered guests and must pay a guest fee. Upon check in, a security/cleaning deposit of $150.00 is due.

Sorry, but NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed in rentals, NO EXCEPTIONS

Full hookups available from May 15 to October 15. All other times, sewer and water will not be available. Camper will be issued a key for 24 hour access to heated restrooms and showers located at indoor pool building.

Summer Season: May 25 to September 2

Day guests: $5.00 (per day)

Overnight guests: $8.00 (per night)

Ages 2 to 6 half price

Under age 2—free

Day guests must leave by 9:30 pm
overnight guests check out by noon
(overnight guests must re-register as day guests if staying past noon)
guests may not bring pets
Any guests bringing a boat must have prior arrangements at the office and the appropriate slip fee paid in advance.

Holiday Guest Fees

(applies to Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July week, Labor Day Weekend, and Columbus Day Weekend)

Day guests: $7.00 (per day)

Overnight guests $10.00 (per night)

Off season guest fees

Weekday —day guest: $4.00 (per day)

Overnight guest: $6.00 (per night)

Weekend — day guest: $5.00(per day)

Overnight guest: $8.00 (per night)

All campsites are plus Maine Sales Tax of 7%. Deposits are required on all reservations. The campsite deposit is full payment for a weekend and 1/2 of total site fee for a week's reservation.

The balance of the site fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.

45 days notice on all cancellations, with a $15.00 service charge.

Less than 45 day notice, deposit is non-refundable.

All reservations booked one year in advance subject to a $25.00 non-refundable booking fee, (applied to deposit).
